Madrid: A Truffle Treat at Ten Con Ten

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Ten Con Ten in Madrid. The culinary journey began with the delightful Burrata's Botana, highlighted by sun-dried tomatoes salted to absolute perfection. Though I desired a more generous serving of these tomatoes, given their impeccable saltiness. I followed this with the Black Truffle Semolina Risotto as well as the Beef Tenderloin with BlackTruffle. The risotto was a creamy marvel, and to my delight, the truffle was not overpowering as it can so often be. The Beef Tenderloin was masterfully seared to a medium rare, with a sprinkle of flaky salt to elevate its natural flavors. The ambiance resonated with vivacity, offering an elegance that felt sophisticated without being pretentious. My overall rating for this dining experience would be a solid 8/10.
