Our dining experience at Juniper and Ivy was nothing short of delightful. The evening commenced with a selection of appetizers: rockfish and hand rolls. The rockfish, a standout dish, merited a commendable 8 out of 10 for its incredible flavors. The hand roll, while still good, didn't quite hit the same mark, earning a modest 6.3 out of 10. My girlfriend felt she should try tartare for the first time, and while nervous about eating raw beef the as the dish ended up garnering high praise with a 9 out of 10. The cod, delicious in its own right, was rated at a solid 8 out of 10, though the accompanying rice somewhat fell short of expectations. The duck, a consistent favorite, lived up to its reputation with a well-deserved 9 out of 10. Summing up, the dinner was a gratifying experience, warranting an overall score of 8 out of 10. I would highly recommend.
